You are cordially invited to the upcoming Nordic Hamster Council Meeting, where we will be voting on the new host clubs for future events. This meeting is an important opportunity for all clubs to have their say in the future direction of our Nordic Hamster Council activities.

Time: 12:00 PM (noon) Finnish time (GMT+3)
Location: Show Venue Piikkiö, Piikkiön Kehityksen Kerhotalo and online at Google Meet (link provided after attendance confirmation)

Agenda:

1. Opening of the Meeting
2. Welcome and introduction
3. Presentation of new candidate clubs
4. Voting procedure and results
5. Discussion of Current Issues
   Any ongoing matters or updates from the clubs
   Suggestions and ideas for upcoming events and collaborations
6. Open floor for additional topics
7. Closing of the Meeting
